Reiki is passed on through a series of hand placements on or just above the body, depending on what you feel more comfortable with. Treatments usually take place while you lay down on a treatment bed or you may sit/stand if you prefer. You remain full clothed the whole time so just make sure you're wearing something comfy! I'll always aim for the room to be suitably warm but you will also have the option of being covered in a blanket to keep warm throughout the session.

Treatments are 60 minutes long: This includes 50 minutes for the Reiki treatment and time before and after to chat about anything you may wish to share/ask about.

DISTANCE REIKI TREATMENTS - £20
Wherever you are in the world, Reiki can reach you and there's no need to leave the comfort of your own home! While this can seem hard to believe, I've had some great results sending Reiki all over the world. All you need is a quiet place where you can sit or lie comfortably without being disturbed for around 45 minutes. I can send you a Reiki treatment and if you would like to, we can chat about the treatment over the phone or via email before and/or afterwards.
I am now also offering to video call throughout a treatment, so this is an option if you would like to connect this way.
